The Church of South India (CSI) is governed by its Synod, which is the highest administrative body of CSI.

The Synod consists of elected representatives from various dioceses and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the entire denomination.

The Synod officers, are the Moderator, Dy. Moderator, General Secretary and Treasurer, they hold the key positions within the Synod and hold important responsibilities.
